What does our training and support look like?
Training center training: Once you buy a pizza franchise with Sarpino’s and complete the onboarding process, you will come to our headquarters just outside of Chicago, Illinois, for several weeks of comprehensive training. Our state-of-the-art training facility and kitchen will help you master how to correctly prepare, cook, and serve our entire menu. From our handmade dough and pizza sauces, through to cooking a perfect Sarpino’s pie. We guide you through managing inventory, monitoring food and labor costs, our POS system, and how to train your team so you can focus on growing your business.
Site selection: Sarpino’s has a long track record of helping entrepreneurs choose the perfect location for a new pizza business. Our team will work with you to help select the best location in your market. We help negotiate a lease agreement with your landlord, and be on hand for the entire build process. We estimate you can be in business as quickly as five to nine months after securing a location.
Grand opening support: Buying a pizza franchise may seem stressful, and it would be if you were on your own. When you’re ready to celebrate your grand opening, we send a team of trainers to help you prepare. We stay with you, working with you and your team every day in your store, for the next 30 days. We want to ensure your business gets off to a great start. There’s no better way than to be there with you.
Marketing: Marketing is one of the most challenging aspects of starting a new business, but with Sarpino’s, you don’t have to worry. Our in-house marketing team provides a marketing plan including: digital marketing, social media marketing, and materials for local marketing.
